When Jim Donley started our business in 1976, he laid the groundwork for the caring, honest, customer-service-oriented organization we are today. Over the years, Donley has evolved by adding more services in the world of air conditioning, plumbing, sewer repair, water heater services, and more. We’ve expanded our employees’ knowledge and skillsets through continuous training, and remained committed to supporting the local community through charitable involvement. With one service truck, Jim Donley established Phoenix Trane and started the Donley legacy.
