When Jim Donley started our business in 1976, he laid the groundwork for the caring, honest, customer-service-oriented organization we are today. Over the years, Donley has evolved by adding more services in the world of air conditioning, plumbing, sewer repair, water heater services, and more. We’ve expanded our employees’ knowledge and skillsets through continuous training, and remained committed to supporting the local community through charitable involvement. At every step of the way, we’ve maintained our excellent reputation for providing award-winning service in the form of repairs, installation, and maintenance for both residential and commercial customers.

1976

Jim Donley opens Phoenix Trane Service Center

With one service truck, Jim Donley established Phoenix Trane and started the Donley legacy.

2001

Donley wins the Spirit of Enterprise Award

After years of successful business, and an expansion into plumbing, ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business recognized our commitment to ethics and entrepreneurship.

2004

Donley wins its first Better Business Bureau Ethics Award

As a reflection of the high level of trust among our customers, community, and employees, the BBB awarded us the first of two Ethics Awards.

2016

Donley celebrates 40 years

With an A+ rating from the BBB and over 700 positive reviews, Donley is proud to continue a legacy of great service.

We take extra measures to ensure our technicians and plumbers can solve any problem, whether it’s routine maintenance or an emergency. Our experienced technicians and plumbers receive over 120 hours of continuing training per year. We have more than 50 employees dedicated to our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
