Our Call Center is rapidly growing, and we are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team. In this position, you would be focused on our customers and providing great customer service.  You will answer all incoming calls, schedule appointments, and answer or redirect customer concerns.  Our Customer Service Representative will perform other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Maintain friendly, outgoing, upbeat, and profressional communication with customers
  • Responsible for answering incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments
  • Respond to all customer inquiries, questions and complaints with genuine empathy
  • Perform evening confirmation calls to the customers for next day’s call
  • Schedule all maintenance agreement customers, daily, weekly and monthly
  • Willing to take on challenges
  • Proven written and verbal skills to complete all assigned tasks
  • Ability to write routine correspondence (via outlook - Microsoft Word)
  • Able to work from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Saturday
  • Ability to perform overtime work if necessary during the peak season
  • Ability to speak effectively
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to react to constant changes with customers and management staff
  • Ability to multi task
  • Computer literacy
This is a full time position and permanent employment. Training on company operating program will be provided.  Benefits can include health, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and access to supplemental voluntary plans.
